Super cute necklace, design, and overall size of the pendant. Wore it for a few weeks and noticed it started turning that copper color that some gold plated jewelry does. I expected higher quality with how expensive it was. Overall an okay product.
Good morning your necklace should never change colors permanently, if it did we would be happy to replace it. First off try cleaning with a jewelry cloth or you can wash it with water and dry it. If that doesn’t work try washing it gently with toothpaste and washing it off with water and drying the necklace. It should come back to its original shine. If it doesn’t work you have a defective necklace and we can either replace it or refund you.
Also with plated jewelry apply lotions or perfumes first and let them dry before putting on your jewelry. This is the usual culprit to and color changing.
